Returns Policy

At Jasper Conran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account at conranjasper.com and follow the returns process.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include the completed returns form with your shipment.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order online.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
